![]() ![]() This came as a bit of an “ah ha” moment for me, already knowing that the visual cues (lights, etc), would, of course, have to be integrated by third party developers. ![]() While many parameters with third-party software can obviously be mapped by the user, the overall integration of things like the arpeggiation you see in the videos, and ability to shift scales and keys on the fly, are not, in fact, inherent to the keyboard itself, at least not in the sense one can simply plug-and-play these features with any software. The Musikmesse announcements answer some of the Q&A from the workshop I attended, where Mark de Clive-Lowe obviously could not comment ahead of NI themselves. He demonstrated an impressive mastery of Maschine with the Kontrol-S keyboard, featuring the Komplete series of instruments, of course.
